Air pump
  At present, there are two kinds of air pumps for offset printing machines, one is a dry pump; one is an oil pump.
  1. dry pump is through the graphite sheet rotating and sliding to produce high-pressure airflow to the printing machine air supply, its general maintenance projects are as follows.
  ① weekly cleaning pump air inlet filter, open the gland, take out the filter cartridge. Cleaning with high-pressure air.
  ② monthly cleaning of the motor cooling fan and air pump regulator.
  ③ every 3 months to refuel the bearings, using a grease gun to the grease nozzle to add the specified brand of grease.
  ④checking the wear of graphite sheet every 6 months, taking out the graphite sheet by dismantling the outer cover, measuring its size with vernier calipers and cleaning the whole air chamber.
  ⑤ Every year (or work 2500 hours) for a major overhaul, the whole machine will be disassembled, cleaned and inspected.
  2. The oil pump is a pump that generates high pressure airflow by rotating and sliding the stainless steel spring piece in the air chamber, different from the dry pump is the oil pump is through the oil to complete the cooling, filtering and lubrication. Its maintenance items are as follows.
  ① Check the oil level every week to see if it needs to be filled (to be observed after turning off the power to let the oil reflux).
  ② weekly cleaning of the air inlet filter, open the cover, take out the filter element and clean with high pressure air.
  ③ cleaning the motor cooling fan every month.
  ④ every 3 months to change 1 oil, the oil pump oil cavity completely pour out the oil, clean the oil cavity, and then add new oil, of which the new machine should be changed in 2 weeks (or 100 hours) of work.
  ⑤ Every 1 year of work (or 2500 hours) for a major overhaul to check the wear of the main wear parts.

Air compressor
  In the offset printing machine, the water and ink road, clutch pressure and other air pressure control action is achieved by the air compressor to supply high pressure gas. Its maintenance projects are as follows.
  1. daily inspection of the compressor oil level, can not be lower than the red line mark level.
  2. daily discharge of condensate from the storage tank.
  3. weekly cleaning of the air inlet filter core, with high-pressure air blowing.
  4. check the tightness of the drive belt every month, after the belt is pressed down with the finger, the range of play should be 10-15mm.
  5. clean the motor and heat sink every month.
  6. change the oil every 3 months, and thoroughly clean the oil cavity; if the machine is new, the oil needs to be changed after 2 weeks or 100 hours of work.
  7. replace the air inlet filter core every year.
  8. check the air pressure drop (air leakage) every 1 year, the specific method is to turn off all the air supply facilities, let the compressor rotate and play enough air, observe 30 minutes, if the pressure drop more than 10%, we should check the compressor seals, and replace the damaged seals.
  9. every 2 years of work overhaul 1, disassemble for a comprehensive inspection and maintenance.

Powder spraying equipment
  High-pressure gas powder sprayers in the paper collector cycle under the control of the paper collection, the powder sprayers in the spray powder blown to the top of the paper collector, through the spray powder small hole to the surface of the printed material. Its maintenance items are as follows.
  1. weekly cleaning of the air pump filter core.
  2. weekly cleaning of the powder spraying control cam, in the paper take-up chain shaft, the induction cam will lose its periodic accuracy control due to the accumulation of too much dust, so it should be cleaned regularly.
  3. monthly cleaning of the motor and cooling fan.
  4. monthly unclogging of the powder spraying tube, if necessary, remove it and flush it with high-pressure air blowing or high-pressure water, and unclog the small holes of powder spraying above the winder with a needle.
  5. monthly cleaning of the powder spraying container and mixer, the powder will all be poured out, press the “TEXT” button on the powder spraying machine, it will blow out the residue in the container; 6.
  6. every 6 months to check the wear of the pump graphite sheet.
  7. every 1 year of work for a major overhaul of the pressure air pump.

Main electrical cabinet
  High-pressure air powder blasting machine, under the control of the paper collector cycle collection, the powder blasting machine in the powder blasting machine blown above the collector, through the powder spraying small hole to the surface of the printed material. Its maintenance items are as follows.
  1. weekly cleaning of the air pump filter core.

Main oil tank
  Nowadays, offset printing machines are lubricated by rainfall type lubrication, requiring the main oil tank has a pump to pressure the oil to the units, and then showered to the gears and other transmission parts lubrication.
  1 check the main oil tank oil level every week, can not be lower than the red mark line; as to let the pressure to each unit of oil back to the oil tank, generally need to turn off the power 2 to 3 hours after observation; 2.
  2. check the working condition of the oil pump every month, whether the strainer and oil filter core on the suction pipe head of the pump are aging.
  3. replace the filter core every six months, and the filter core needs to be replaced after 300 hours or 1 month of work of the new machine.
  Method: Turn off the main power, put a container under, screw down the filter body, take out the filter core, put in the new filter core, fill with the same type of new oil, screw on the filter body, turn on the power and test the machine.
  4. Replace the oil once a year, clean the oil tank thoroughly, unclog the oil pipe, and replace the oil suction pipe filter. The new machine should be changed once after 300 hours or one month of work, and once a year thereafter.

Receiving chain oiling device
  Since the paper take-up chain works under high speed and heavy load, it should have periodic refueling device. There are several maintenance items as follows
  1、Check the oil level every week and replenish it in time.
  2、Checking the oil circuit and unclogging the oil pipe every month.
  3. Thoroughly clean the oil pump every six months.
